Marketing Coordinator Fuzzy Friends Rescue - 2.5 Waco, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25,000 - $35,000 a year 17 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Marketing Bachelor's degree Newsletters (communication methods) Communications Facebook Instagram Marketing Full Job Description Marketing Coordinator Fuzzy Friends Rescue Position Type Full-Time or Part-Time Location Waco, Texas Schedule Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM with occasional evenings and weekends for events About the Role Fuzzy Friends Rescue is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the organization's social media, marketing, fundraising promotion, and public communications efforts. This role may be structured as either a full-time or part-time position depending on experience and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Develop graphics, captions, reels, stories, and promotional posts
- Highlight adoptable animals, rescue stories, fundraising campaigns, and sponsor recognition
- Design flyers, newsletters, social graphics, event signage, and promotional materials
- Assist with photography, videography, email campaigns, and website updates
- Support marketing efforts for Barkin' Ball, Bow Wow Bingo, Guardian Angel Society, adoption events, and fundraising campaigns
- Assist with sponsor recognition, donor communications, and event materials
- Organize digital files, templates, photos, and marketing assets
- Assist with basic technology and event support when needed Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing, communications, nonprofit, or social media experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe programs, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Photography and videography experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented work ethic.
- Passion for animal welfare and nonprofit work.
