The BDC Rep will utilize our CRM and the internet to respond to inquiries, update customer records, and closely track customer activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming calls & respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments Reschedule no-show customers Make appointments for Sales Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis Work in conjunction with the Sales Department - consultants and managers Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers Perform other job-related duties as assigned
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Previous call center / sales experience preferred Knowledge of vehicles / automotive industry a plus Confident and professional phone manner Experience utilizing inventory and/or CRM systems Strong/outgoing personality MS Office Suite computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures
