This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and can confidently work independently when needed. At CHOMP, hospitality is at the core of everything we do. We believe every guest interaction matters, and our event team plays a critical role in introducing new customers to our brand. Position Overview As an Event Team Member, you will be responsible for transporting, setting up, operating, and breaking down event activations. Some events will be staffed by a team, while others may require you to work independently, making strong time management and organizational skills essential. This is a flexible, part-time position. Some weeks may include multiple events, while others may only have one. Event schedules vary and may include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Set up and break down event displays, equipment, and service stations Serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Represent the CHOMP brand in the community Manage inventory and supplies for events Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout each event Work independently when assigned solo events Ensure all products are presented to company standards Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service Assist with loading and unloading event equipment Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Hospitality, restaurant, catering, coffee, or event experience preferred but not required Schedule Part-time Flexible schedule Events may be mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, or holidays Some weeks may include multiple events, while others may have only one Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Tips are a significant earning opportunity and can substantially increase overall compensation Flexible scheduling Training and development Opportunities for advancement within CHOMP Donuts & Coffee Potential growth into in-store operations, catering leadership, and management roles Why CHOMP?
