Full Job Description Salary:

In-office / Hybrid / Remote (required travel) About the Role Bean Trailer is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support trade shows, expos, and core marketing functions for Bean Trailer and our sister company, Sterling ATM . This is a coordinator-level, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized and comfortable managing logistics and routine marketing tasks across two brands. Approximately 65% of the role supports Bean Trailer and 35% supports Sterling ATM . Key Responsibilities Events & Expos (Bean Trailer - Primary) Coordinate logistics for Bean Trailer expos and trade shows Manage event calendars, applications, deadlines, and fees Coordinate booth materials, signage, trailers, and shipping Communicate with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams Travel to and work approximately 6 Bean Trailer expos per year Work booth hours on weekends during expo season (spring-fall) Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination Maintain event checklists and documentation

Note:

All travel is for Bean Trailer events only. Sterling ATM does not require travel. Marketing Support (Bean Trailer & Sterling ATM) Update and maintain website content for both brands Create and send email newsletters and announcements Assist with brochures, signage, and spec sheets Maintain consistent brand presentation across materials Provide routine marketing support for sales and leadership Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with website CMS platforms and email marketing tools Familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is a plus Interest in outdoor or product-based businesses preferred Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends
