That's where you come in. We're looking for Event Assistants to support our lead coordinators on weddings and corporate events. This is a part-time, event-based role built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to the details others miss, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with event setup and teardown: tables, chairs, signage, personal items, and more Supporting clients and their

VIPs:

answering questions and lending a hand to wedding parties, families, and key guests Communicating with vendors: relaying timeline updates and jumping in where needed Greeting and guiding guests: helping everyone feel welcomed and know where to go Problem-solving in real time: when something unexpected happens (and it will), you're ready Keeping things moving: catching the small stuff before it becomes a big deal What We're Looking For Weekend availability: most shifts fall on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays and often run late into the night High energy and a positive attitude: you bring calm and confidence, not chaos Physical stamina: on your feet for long hours and able to lift up to 50 lbs Quick thinker and team player: comfortable juggling priorities without losing your cool Clear and considerate communicator: comfortable interacting with guests, wedding parties, and vendors in a way that's warm and professional Proactive by nature: you notice what needs to happen next and you make it happen, without being asked Previous event experience is a bonus, but not required.
