The PROOF Operations Representative is a full-time in-office position (8:00 AM

• 4:30 PM Monday
• Friday) in our Downtown Norfolk office.

Some periodic weekend work is required on a rotating basis. No experience is necessary. The ideal candidate is reliable, committed, works well with others, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to learn our processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• PROOF shipping and receiving
• PROOF Pack building
• Process client orders
• PROOF video an photo verification and participant correspondence
• Data entry, records maintenance
• Must be able to handle sensitive information within HIPAA guidelines
• Must be able to lift a max of 75 lbs.
• Be able to learn and maintain RecoveryTrek Success Management Software, participant logins, and RecoveryTrek website

Special Skill Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Good oral and written communication
• Must be self-motivated and have excellent organization skills
• Must be detail-oriented and a problem-solver

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
