Base Pay or Uncapped Commission (compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process) Job Description Reformed Marketing, Inc. is hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing representatives to work inside retail locations in Portsmouth, VA. This is a full-time, in-person position involving customer engagement, product promotion, and sales support on behalf of nationally recognized brands. No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development opportunities to help team members learn the skills needed to succeed in the role. Key Responsibilities Represent client products and services within assigned retail locations. Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Assist customers in identifying products and services that meet their needs. Support sales and marketing initiatives within the retail environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Track and report daily performance activities as required. Participate in company-provided training, coaching, and development programs. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Reliable transportation to retail locations in Portsmouth, VA. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends as needed. Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and guidelines.
