Want to wear cool fits and chat with other nerds at events? Then we want to meet with YOU - yea you - to possibly join our events team! Verillas is a small Renfaire fashion brand, and our events team travels around (currently mostly the east coast) to various different events. As a vendor you would get into these events for free and are welcome to enjoy them on your off time! Our Events Team often works a unique schedule due to event hours being not your typical 9-5. Events Team members must be free Fridays-Sundays to work events! Events often will be overnight, and our event crew is always taken care of and put up in a hotel. Event crew also will have some responsibilities in office when off events (listed below). Event Responsibilities Assist with event planning and execution, including setup, decoration, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations. Must be able to carry heavy boxes and gridwall for event set ups Support event marketing efforts by promoting upcoming events and upselling additional services or packages to enhance guest experiences. Maintain clear communication with team members and clients to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly. Raise opportunity if you can learn/can drive a uhual truck Office Responsibilities Ship special orders/regular orders (as needed) when they arrive in office Place event restock orders and work with management to get new stock items in Answer customer emails (as needed) Communicate with management when shipping or event supplies are needed Qualifications Must have a driver license! Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
