We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support client events, workshops, seminars and ongoing marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing event coordination with marketing execution and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in helping plan and execute events, manage marketing materials, coordinate communications, and support brand visibility efforts across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Event & Workshop Coordination Assist with planning and executing client events, networking functions, workshops, and webinars Coordinate event logistics including venue communication, vendor coordination, registrations, catering, and materials Support on-site event setup and attendee experience Track event timelines, RSVPs, and post-event follow-up activities Help develop promotional materials and communications for events Marketing Support Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives Coordinate social media scheduling and content updates Help create and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, newsletters, and email campaigns Update website content, event calendars, and internal marketing resources Support branding consistency across marketing materials and communications Assist with market research and tracking campaign performance metrics Administrative & Team Support Maintain organized marketing files, contact lists, and event databases Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement activities Help manage marketing inventory, promotional items, and event supplies Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 1-3 years of marketing, event coordination, or administrative experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with social media management and email marketing tools preferred Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Preferred Skills Experience coordinating professional or corporate events Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM or marketing automation platforms Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Professional development opportunities Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Apply Today If you are passionate about marketing, enjoy creating engaging experiences, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
