Marketing & Sales Assistant About Us We are a fast-growing small business looking for an outgoing, motivated individual who wants to win . This role supports both marketing and daily operations, making you a key part of our success. If you're a self-starter with a positive attitude, we want to meet you. Job Responsibilities Communicate with our marketing agency and deliver content as needed Create and schedule posts on Google, Facebook, and Instagram Answer emails, phone calls, and provide excellent customer support Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva Support phone-based sales activities Maintain and update website content on Shopify and WordPress Edit short videos for social media and product promotion Perform general office duties and assist with day-to-day operations Required Skills & Experience (2+ Years) Google Business Profile & Facebook posting Instagram posting and content management Phone sales or customer service Canva design experience Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Website updates (Shopify & WordPress) Basic video editing (Reels, promos, short clips) Office operations / administrative support What We're Looking For Outgoing, friendly personality Strong communication skills Self-starter who takes initiative Positive, upbeat attitude Organized and dependable Excited to grow with the company Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule options Growth opportunities
