Job Description

Job Summary A growing organization in the financial services industry is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support events, promotional marketing initiatives, and day-to-day marketing activities in Redmond, WA. This direct hire opportunity is well suited for an early-career marketing professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys coordinating details, supporting campaigns, and helping deliver polished, brand-aligned marketing programs. The Marketing Coordinator will work in a collaborative environment where teamwork, communication, and follow-through are highly valued. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing events, promotional activities, and campaign support tasks from planning through execution.
  • Assist with event logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support marketing projects by organizing timelines, tracking deliverables, and communicating updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Help prepare promotional materials, presentations, email content, and branded communications.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets, event details, campaign results, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $50,000 to $51,000 per year.
