Position Summary AirMark is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator with a demonstrated ability to support successful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, creativity, and collaboration skills, along with hands‑on experience in both digital and print design. Proficiency with HTML is a plus, as is experience with project management, copywriting, social media, and video creation. An interest in products and product management is also valued. The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department by executing initiatives that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth in a fast evolving market. This role is ideal for a self motivated and adaptable individual who combines creativity and strategic thinking with strong attention to detail, organization, and project coordination skills. Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinates and supports the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Creates and updates marketing materials for promotions and product launches, including social media content, sales flyers, spec sheets, presentations, and related collateral.
- Supports campaign planning by assembling and organizing information such as forecasts, timelines, and promotional requirements.
- Collects, tracks, and summarizes sales and campaign data, and prepares recurring marketing reports and updates.
- Maintains and organizes marketing databases, files, and creative assets to support team efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintains adequate inventory of promotional materials and coordinates distribution as needed.
- Supports meetings and trade shows by coordinating logistics, schedules, materials, vendor and partner contacts, and onsite support as needed.
- Tracks marketing spend and assists with budget monitoring by comparing actuals to planned activities and forecasts.
- Responds to product and marketing related inquiries and provides solutions and recommendations to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages multiple priorities, meets deadlines, and completes assigned tasks efficiently.
- Assists with exhibiting at national trade shows, with limited regional and nationwide travel as needed.
