Job Description:
We are currently hiring outgoing and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Brand Assistants - Event Ambassadors. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced retail environments, and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement while representing a nationally recognized telecommunications brand. As a Brand Assistant - Event Ambassador, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships, promoting products and services, and supporting retail marketing campaigns through face-to-face interactions in retail and event-based settings.
What You'll Do:
Engage directly with customers to create a welcoming and positive experience Represent a leading telecommunications brand at retail locations, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and wireless solutions Support retail sales efforts by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions Assist with in-store marketing initiatives, branding displays, and event setup Work closely with team members and leadership to stay informed on campaign updates and goals Track customer interactions, sales performance, and campaign metrics Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and customer engagement Help maintain a high-energy, professional environment during all events and activations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, confident, and customer-focused personality Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Detail-oriented and adaptable in changing environments Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or event experience preferred Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team mentality
