Wireless Customer Representative Empire Client Connection Tacoma, WA Job Details Full-time $4,000 - $6,500 a month 17 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description As a Wireless Customer Representative, you'll spend your time out meeting people, having conversations, and helping customers learn about wireless services and connectivity options available in their area. Some interactions last a few minutes. Others turn into longer conversations where you're helping someone understand their options and make a decision that works for them. This role is a good fit for someone who gets energy from being around people and would rather be out interacting with customers than sitting in the same place all day. As a Wireless Customer Representative, you'll: Talk directly with customers in assigned areas throughout the Seattle market Introduce wireless services, internet options, and current promotions Answer questions and help customers compare available plans and features Assist with enrollments, activations, account updates, and upgrades Help customers find solutions that fit their communication and connectivity needs Keep customer information organized and accurate Build positive relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions Contribute to daily sales activity and customer growth efforts The Type of Person Who Usually Enjoys This Role Can strike up a conversation with just about anyone Likes staying busy and being out in the field Enjoys having some independence throughout the day Understands that not every conversation turns into a sale—and that's okay Motivated by goals, growth, and seeing their effort pay off Brings positive energy to customer interactions Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships Enjoys a fast-paced environment where every day is different Takes pride in strong communication and professionalism A Few Things to Know This is a full-time, in-person position. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Experience is helpful, but it isn't required. We've seen people from retail, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, customer service, and other customer-facing backgrounds do very well here.
