Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator serves as a professional representative and brand ambassador for Cascade Eye & Skin Centers within the community. This role is responsible for marketing outreach, referral relationship development, social media and content coordination, event planning, patient engagement, and community partnerships across all Cascade departments including Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Optical, Aesthetics, and Mohs Surgery. This position is intended to support marketing operations, outreach, and business development initiatives. This is not currently a management position; however, there may be future opportunities for growth into leadership or management roles based on performance, initiative, and organizational needs. Travel between clinic locations, referring provider offices, and community events required Skills & Competencies Exceptional organizational and time management skills Self-motivated with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and event timelines simultaneously Exceptional interpersonal, strategic, and creative skills in project management, written and verbal communication, and relationship building Professionalism when working with patients, providers, vendors, and leadership Ability to work independently and collaboratively Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail with strong follow-through Schedule Expectations Monday-Friday consistent work schedule 1-2 office/admin days dedicated to content planning, meetings, event coordination, and scheduling 1 designated outreach/drop-off day for referring provider visits Attend and participate in all scheduled Wednesday marketing meetings with marketing firm Flexibility for vendor meetings, outreach opportunities, and event coordination Occasional evening and weekend availability required for events and outreach activities Travel between clinic locations, referring provider offices, and community events required Referral Outreach & Provider Relations Visit referring provider offices weekly to maintain and grow referral relationships Organize lunches, webinars, networking opportunities, and provider introductions Maintain updated contact information for referral offices and community partners Create specialty-specific referral packets for Mohs, aesthetics, ophthalmology, dermatology, and optical services Track referral trends and growth opportunities Assist with provider meet-and-greets and community networking opportunities Social Media, Content & Email Coordination Coordinate content across Eye, Dermatology, Optical, Aesthetics, and Mohs departments Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and Canva Social media experience with platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter) Assist with coordinating, creating, and capturing Reels and video content across all Cascade social media platforms while collaborating with managers and providers on in-office content creation and marketing initiatives Assist Levo and managers with coordinating email blasts, social media content, and promotional campaigns Review and help approve Levo social content alongside leadership team Manage engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google reviews, and additional online platforms Monitor and professionally respond to positive and negative online reviews and comments Coordinate patient testimonials, before-and-after photos, and video reviews Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across all departments and platforms Event Coordination & Planning Coordinate internal and external marketing events from start to finish Create setup, takedown, supply, staffing, and task checklists for events Coordinate volunteers, vendors, raffle items, swag bags, signage, and promotional materials in collaboration with leadership teams Coordinate ordering and inventory of swag items, branded promotional materials, giveaway items, and marketing supplies for events and outreach activities Assist with event troubleshooting and coordination during live events Community Outreach & Brand Growth Research sponsorships, community outreach opportunities, promotional events, and vendor fairs Coordinate donation requests, sponsorship requests, and charitable outreach opportunities Collaborate with local businesses, gyms, salons, boutiques, med spas, and community organizations Attend and assist with chamber events, networking functions, and community outreach activities Coordinate educational talks, awareness campaigns, and webinars Internal Marketing Coordination Maintain a master marketing calendar and share with leadership team Coordinate provider bios, headshots, and onboarding materials alongside leadership team and marketing firm Assist with management and follow-up of marketing leads and referral tracking systems
Education & Experience Required:
High School Graduate Preferred:
2 years of sales or marketing experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations Healthcare experience preferred Benefits Medical Dental Life insurance/ AD&D
