Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing activities across client accounts and Kondracki Group's internal efforts. This role focuses on digital execution of campaigns, content, social management, paid media execution, and brand awareness support. This role will have direct client communication as needed. This is an in-office position in our Hartland, WI office. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Build, deploy and support campaigns for clients and internal efforts Social Media & Content Marketing Manage social and content calendars Assist with drafting and publishing blogs, emails, case studies, web content as needed Create video shorts (from existing videos) used for social and other digital platforms Build, schedule, publish and analyze social media posts and e-blasts Website & SEO/AEO Execute basic web site updates and content uploads through HubSpot Work with HubSpot partner as needed Apply SEO and AEO best practices Paid Media Manage deadlines for ads and placements Submit digital materials to publications Download, organize and upload leads to client CRMs Track digital and paid media performance data and reporting Other Support Assist with video/photo shoot coordination as needed Manage creative assets including distribution to clients Ability to travel to customers or trade shows from time-to-time Requirements A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing or related experience Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools Experience working in HubSpot Understanding of basic SEO/AEO and digital marketing concepts Excellent communication skills Strong writing and editing skills Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Excellent organizational skills with strong degree of self-direction and motivation Creative thinker with strategic mindset and ability to generate new ideas, troubleshoot issues and solve problems Desire for continuous improvement and learning Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred Packaging or processing industry, or trade show, experience is a BONUS, but not required
Pay:
$51,168.20 - $61,621.91 per year
