Job Description
Overview Apel Marketing Inc. is hiring a Sales & Marketing Representative to join our Madison team. This is a full-time, in-person W-2 position focused on customer interaction, brand representation, and sales inside partnered retail locations. In this role, you will speak with customers face-to-face, explain current products and services, answer questions, and assist with basic customer sign-up or enrollment steps when applicable. This position is not remote , not door-to-door , and not commission-only . All work is completed in person at retail partner locations in the Madison area. Pay & Schedule Weekly base pay Additional performance-based bonuses may be available Full-time schedule Paid training provided Weekly pay structure In-person position Responsibilities Represent client products and services inside partnered retail locations Speak with customers about current promotions, services, and available options Provide clear and accurate product information Answer customer questions in a professional manner Assist customers with basic sign-up or enrollment steps when applicable Support daily sales and marketing goals Maintain a professional in-store presence Work with team leads and management during retail events Qualifications No prior experience required Paid training is provided Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face Reliable, professional, and coachable Able to work in an in-person retail environment Sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Weekly pay Paid training Supportive team environment Hands-on sales and marketing experience Advancement opportunities based on performance Ongoing coaching and leadership development
