Marketing Coordinator

Part Time Marketing Coordinator Parkins Plastic Surgery is a boutique plastic surgery and med spa practice known for exceptional patient care and high-quality aesthetic results. We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us execute and maintain a polished, consistent brand presence across digital platforms and in-person events. This is a part-time, hands-on role focused on content creation, organization, and execution. If you enjoy turning ideas into content, keeping things organized, and seeing your work show up in real time, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Content & Social Media Plan and manage a content calendar Create posts, reels, and stories (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Maintain a consistent, high-end brand voice and aesthetic Identify content opportunities and bring ideas to the table Before & After Photo Management Organize and maintain the photo library of clinical before-and-after photos Ensure consistency in image quality and presentation Coordinate with the clinical team to capture images and patient consent Prepare images for social media and website use Website & Digital Updates Coordinate with website vendor to update website content and photo galleries Ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms Support basic SEO and content updates Marketing Support & Events Assist with campaigns, promotions, and launches Help coordinate in-office events and patient experiences Capture content during events for marketing use Performance Tracking Track engagement and content performance Provide simple reports and insights Identify opportunities to improve content over time What We're Looking For 1-4+ years of marketing, social media, or content experience Strong eye for aesthetics and visual detail Proficiency in Canva (or similar tools) Highly organized and reliable; you follow through and complete assignments Comfortable working independently with minimal direction Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Bonus if you have: Experience in aesthetics, med spa, or medical environments Photography or content capture experience Position Details Part-time (15-25 hours per week) Flexible schedule This is an in-office position Additional Information Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and role alignment.
