Job Description

Full Time or Part Time Options are available! Summary of Position The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales and marketing team(s) in achieving their goals and driving the growth of the organization. This position combines elements of sales strategy, marketing coordination, and administrative support to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, and enhance customer and employee engagement. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Authority Supports sales by assisting the sales team in managing leads, prospects, and customer accounts through Salesforce Customer Relationship Management. Prepares and distributes sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Coordinates Marketing by collaborating with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. Monitors and tracks the performance of campaigns, website traffic, etc. Assists in the creation and proofreading of marketing content, social media campaigns, and advertisements. Assists sales team in target marketing through email campaigns, geo-targeted social posts, etc. Responsible for data management. Maintains and updates the CRM, Salesforce with accurate and current information. Acts as the Salesforce Admin and assists users with setup, account layouts, and other Salesforce Administrative tasks as needed. Generates reports and analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities. Provides administrative assistance to the Sales, Marketing, reception, and HR teams. Manages the marketing and sales budgets for all marketing and sales initiatives including tradeshows, print advertisements, etc. Follow Sussex IM's environmental policies to protect and minimize our impact on the environment. Maintains a safe working environment to minimize the possibility of an injury. Always acts in a safe manner and ensures that those around them do not put themselves or others at risk. Reports any unsafe conditions to a manager. Performs other related duties and assignments as assigned or required. Required Education, Credentials, & Certifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. Job Specification 2 yrs. of experience in sales support or marketing-related role Proven experience in sales support, marketing, or related areas. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Uses good interpersonal communication techniques to work with subordinates and/or co-workers. Is courteous and helpful when interacting with fellow employees. Helps to create a positive work environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce preferred, and Microsoft Office Suite. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
