Are you energized by social media, photography, events, design, and community engagement? Do you enjoy wearing many hats and finding creative ways to tell meaningful stories? VMP Healthcare & Community Living is seeking a high-energy, creative, and organized Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand, showcase the incredible people we serve, and strengthen our presence throughout the community. Tell Our Story Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, and other digital platforms. Capture photos and videos of resident, employee, volunteer, and community events. Develop creative social media campaigns that build awareness and engagement. Collect and share resident, family, and employee testimonials. Use analytics and insights to continuously improve performance and reach. Create and Design Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, rack cards, presentations, and promotional pieces. Ensure all materials reflect VMP's brand standards and mission. Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT, and other emerging technologies to create compelling content. Maintain website content and ensure information remains current and relevant. Collaborate and Innovate Work closely with the marketing and business development team to develop new ideas and campaigns. Stay current on marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies. Contribute creative ideas that help drive occupancy, awareness, and community engagement. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or related field preferred. Experience with social media management, content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing. Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office required; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred. Knowledge of WordPress and social media platforms. Photography and video experience are a plus. Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
