Advertising Sales Representative (Experienced) - Print & Digital Point Pleasant, WV

Mason (WV), Gallia & Meigs (OH) Counties We're looking for an experienced sales professional who knows how to balance prospecting new business with building lasting relationships. In this role, you'll represent WV News and our growing digital marketing network , working directly with local business owners to develop advertising strategies that drive real results. This is a relationship-driven, small-town market—success comes from earning trust, delivering on your promises, and becoming a long-term partner to your clients. What You'll Do Proactively prospect and develop new business through calls, email, text, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers Consult with clients to recommend effective print and digital advertising solutions Manage and grow a book of business across your assigned territory Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Follow through on commitments to ensure client satisfaction and retention Stay organized with pipeline, follow-ups, and account management Your Products & Market Your primary responsibility will be representing the River Cities Tribune & Register , with the ability to cross-sell across the full WV News network, including: Jackson Herald Star Spencer Times Record The State Journal Your Bulletin Board You'll also offer a full suite of cutting-edge digital marketing solutions , including: WV News website advertising Social media marketing (Facebook & LinkedIn) Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Email marketing campaigns OTT (streaming/connected TV advertising) We provide complete advertising and marketing solutions designed to help local businesses grow—giving you a powerful portfolio to sell from.
