Sales Manager- Job Duties:

Sales Manager makes sure monthly sales goals are met. Plan and participate in special events as needed. Sales Manager manages their staff from hiring, scheduling, and any discipline needed. Establish and conduct weekly sales meeting to include training for sales staff.

Sales Manager- Qualifications:

Sales Manager should have at least one year in a managerial sales position, 2-3 years preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Sales Manager must be able to motivate their team to ensure goals are met.
