This role is responsible for building strong referral partnerships, supporting admissions growth, and increasing awareness of our services within the healthcare community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare admissions, business development, sales, marketing, or case management who enjoys building relationships, connecting with referral sources, and helping patients access quality post-acute care.
