What approaches would you take to balance short-term wins with long-term, sustainable sales success? The Director of Sales Growth is responsible for driving revenue through strategic planning, local market engagement, and performance optimization. This role focuses on increasing same-store sales, expanding customer reach, and enhancing brand visibility within a competitive urban environment. The Director will analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and implement targeted promotions that resonate with both residents and tourism. Collaboration with operations, marketing, and staff is essential to ensure consistent execution of sales initiatives and a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is independent with critical thinking skills, results-driven, highly analytical, and deeply familiar with local market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales growth strategies to increase revenue and market share Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities Build partnerships with nearby businesses, events, and community organizations Train and coach staff on upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies Collaborate with operations to ensure service efficiency aligns with sales goals Oversee digital sales channels, including mobile ordering and third-party delivery platforms Manage promotional budgets and track return on investment Lead initiatives to improve customer retention and loyalty programs
