Dual Director of Sales 2011 SE Walton Boulevard, Bentonville, AR 72712 Full-time Full-time Dual Director of SalesComfort Suites Bentonville & Country Inn & Suites Rogers Bentonville/Rogers, Arkansas We are seeking an energetic, driven, and results-oriented hospitality sales professional to join our team as the Dual Director of Sales overseeing the Comfort Suites Bentonville and Country Inn & Suites Rogers . This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic business relationships, and maximizing market share for both properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales leader with a passion for hospitality, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in hotel sales and revenue generation. Position Overview The Dual Director of Sales will lead all sales efforts for both hotels, including corporate sales, group business, local account development, community involvement, and revenue-driving initiatives. This individual will work closely with property leadership and revenue management teams to identify opportunities, grow market penetration, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calling, outside sales, networking, internet marketing, and community involvement Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, group clients, and local businesses Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and client meetings to drive occupancy and revenue Collaborate with General Managers and Revenue Management to maximize RevPAR and identify yield opportunities Actively participate in brand and company revenue calls and sales meetings Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the sales cycle and after contracts are secured Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and account activity updates Represent both hotels professionally within the local community and at networking events Assist in creating strategic sales plans and achieving or exceeding revenue goals Ensure excellent guest and client experiences through proactive communication and follow-up Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3+ years of hotel sales experience required Previous experience in a Director of Sales or senior-level hotel sales role preferred Choice Hotels experience is a strong plus Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing revenue Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required Ability to travel locally within the assigned market as needed What We're Looking For Outgoing and sales-driven personality Strong closing and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset Passion for hospitality and guest service Team-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment If you are looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact, grow business, and be part of an exciting hospitality team in one of the fastest-growing markets in Northwest Arkansas, we would love to hear from you.
