You can balance client-facing activity with planning, reporting, and financial awareness. About the Company We are a professional sales and distribution company serving the automotive industry, including new car dealerships, independent repair shops, and franchise service centers. We provide premium products and equipment used by automotive professionals to perform essential fluid maintenance services, along with a full line of shop essentials such as chemicals, aerosols, fasteners, detailing products, tire and wheel supplies, and janitorial/building supplies. What You'll Do Manage and grow an established sales territory. Present, promote, and sell products and services using established strategies and industry knowledge. Meet with clients to identify needs, uncover opportunities, and recommend effective solutions. Consistently achieve sales goals and performance expectations. Develop new business while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Plan and execute daily and weekly sales activities in alignment with company processes. Coordinate client visits and conduct product demonstrations as needed. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and informational sessions. Forecast, track, and report business activity and territory performance. Maintain awareness and accountability for the financial results of your territory. Stay informed on new products, applications, and industry trends. Ensure client satisfaction by responding promptly and accurately to needs or concerns. Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support client success and territory growth. What Success Looks Like in This Role You consistently meet or exceed sales and growth objectives. Clients trust you as a knowledgeable and reliable resource. Your territory shows steady improvement in revenue, retention, and profitability. You manage your time, pipeline, and activity with discipline and follow-through. You operate effectively within established systems while contributing ideas for improvement. You earn increased responsibility and earning potential through strong performance. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a history of responsible driving. Experience in dealership fixed operations preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Strong initiative and competitive drive balanced with accountability. Curious, coachable mindset with a willingness to improve. Ability to balance relationship-building with reporting and data awareness. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams is a plus. Strong client service orientation and attention to detail where it matters most. Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$85,000 first-year total compensation, with additional earning potential beyond the first year through performance-based bonuses and commissions.
