In this energetic role, you will develop strategic relationships with clients, manage key accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional catering experiences. Your expertise in outside sales, business development, and management will be essential to expanding our market presence and exceeding sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the success of our catering services through innovative marketing strategies and proactive customer engagement. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including B2B sales and networking events Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders to secure catering contracts Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals and account management Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote catering services and increase brand awareness Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, monitor sales activities, and analyze market trends for strategic planning Coordinate with culinary, event planning, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of catering events Conduct regular analysis of sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and management within the hospitality or catering industry Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships Expertise in marketing strategies tailored to drive catering business growth Familiarity with technology sales platforms such as Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting Excellent business development skills with a proactive approach to generating new leads Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing accounts and guiding team members toward shared goals Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication and interpersonal abilities Analytical skills for assessing market data, sales trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies Join us as a Catering Sales Manager where your energy, expertise, and innovative mindset will shape memorable events while fueling your professional growth!
