  • 30 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement About Arizona Senior Moving Company Arizona Senior Moving Company is the premier, senior-only, moving and downsizing company serving Metro Phoenix.
We specialize in helping senior's transition into independent and assisted living communities with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. We are a trusted and preferred vendor within senior living communities throughout the Valley. We are seeking a relationship-focused, driven professional to help expand our Community Referral and Business to Business networks and drive measurable revenue growth. This is not a high-pressure retail sales position. This is a consultative, relationship-based position for business development in the Senior Services industry. You will represent Arizona Senior Moving Company within senior living communities, Senior Services organizations and among other senior-focused professionals to ensure we remain the top-of-mind organization Seniors or their families call when they need moving and downsizing support. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout the Metro Phoenix area. IRS standard mileage rates reimbursement is provided. A company vehicle with branded graphics may be available after three to six months based on performance and role fit. Key Responsibilities Senior Living and Services Relationship Management Build and maintain current relationships Strengthen and reactivate existing referral partners Develop new referral partnerships Track visits and referral activity New Territory development Maintain organized records of outreach activity Provide weekly updates Recommend growth strategies based on results

Who This Role Is NOT For:
This role is not a fit for someone who: Prefers transactional or high-pressure sales environments Struggles with consistency or follow-through Needs constant direction or lacks personal accountability Is uncomfortable initiating conversations or building new professional relationships Is looking for a remote-only or behind-the-scenes role Become easily discouraged if results are not immediate Is looking for a role with scripts, rigid instructions, or constant direction
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of successful experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or a related client-facing role Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable personal transportation for local travel throughout the Metro Phoenix area Comfortable working in a field-based role that involves regular in-person visits Local travel Senior Services experience a plus If you are motivated by building strong relationships, contributing to business growth, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families, we would love to hear from you.
