Vista Winds Assisted Living & Memory Support is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Director to join our team. This key leadership role is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for prospective residents and families while supporting occupancy growth and promoting a community that values compassion, dignity, independence, and an exceptional quality of life.

The Sales Director is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, and overall sales performance for the community. This role carries direct accountability for achieving and exceeding established occupancy, move-in, and revenue goals. Success is measured by consistent sales performance, conversion of leads to move-ins, and the ability to create urgency and close. This individual must take full ownership of the sales process, pipeline management, and results. The Sales Director works closely alongside the Executive Director and community team to build meaningful connections with prospective residents and their families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience from first inquiry through move-in.ASSISTED LIVING & MEMORY SUPPORT FOCUS
Emphasis on care needs, safety, and guiding residents and their families through more urgent and often emotional decision-making processes Ability to navigate sensitive conversations, build trust quickly, and provide reassurance throughout the decision process Work closely with sister Independent Living communities to recognize changes in resident needs, behaviors, or services required—and vice versa—to support a seamless and appropriate transition between levels of careESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through move-in Consistently achieve or exceed occupancy, move-in, and revenue goals Maintain CRM accuracy and strong pipeline management Conduct tours with a focus on value, urgency, and closing Proactively ask for the deposit and confidently close the sale Track, manage, and report weekly sales performance including leads, tours, deposits, move-ins, and closing ratios Coordinate and execute the move-in process to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and stress-free transition for residents and their families Stay up to date on and follow all state regulations related to Assisted Living and Memory Support, ensuring compliance in all aspects of the sales and move-in process Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to generate consistent and qualified leadsOUTSIDE SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Conduct a minimum of 5-7 professional outreach visits per week to generate qualified leads Actively build and maintain a strong presence in the local community to drive referrals and increase occupancy Develop relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, case managers, and other key referral sources Participate in networking events, community events, and partnerships to increase visibility and drive trafficMARKETING & LEAD GENERATION SUPPORT
Utilize multiple channels including phone, email, events, and social media to generate and nurture leads Coordinate and support community events designed to drive tours and increase conversion opportunities Collaborate with leadership on campaigns and promotions with a focus on driving occupancy and measurable resultsOPERATIONAL & COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete weekly reports with accurate and timely sales data Conduct monthly audits of resident files to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with leadership and community teams to ensure alignment and execution Other duties as assignedEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalentPreferred:
2 years of college with emphasis in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Public RelationsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or senior living Proven success in achieving and exceeding occupancy and sales goals Property management or senior living experience preferredSPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS
Knowledge of senior living or retirement communities preferred Proficiency in: Word Excel CRM systems (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassion and ability to work effectively with seniors and their familiesPHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license Reliable transportationPay:
