Base salary $45,000-$55,000 plus performance-based bonus and commission opportunity up to $30,000. Position summary Club Pilates Prescott is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven, people-first Sales Manager to lead pre-sale, launch, and ongoing studio performance. This role is responsible for membership growth, team leadership, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional member experience while building the studio's reputation in the local community. The ideal candidate is both a strong closer and a disciplined operator: someone who can convert leads, coach a sales team, manage daily business rhythms, and create a studio environment that members want to return to. Key responsibilitiesMembership sales and revenue growth Own studio sales performance, including lead generation, follow-up, appointment setting, studio tours, intro conversion, membership closing, and retail performance. Achieve and exceed monthly goals for memberships, revenue, retention, and retail sales through consistent pipeline management and daily execution. Monitor lead stages, prospect follow-up, cooled-off leads, intros, and re-engagement opportunities in the CRM to ensure timely outreach and clean data management. Review sales activity reports and KPIs regularly, identify gaps, and implement actions to improve conversion and team productivity. Team leadership and people management Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop Sales Associates and other front-of-house team members to meet pre-sale and ongoing business needs. Provide daily direction, accountability, and coaching through activity audits, checklist reviews, one-to-ones, and performance feedback. Build schedules, approve edits as needed, monitor timekeeping accuracy, and maintain clear communication on studio priorities, promotions, and standard operating procedures. Foster a positive, high-performance culture grounded in professionalism, teamwork, and member-centered service. Studio operations and member experience Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including opening and closing standards, cleanliness, organization, retail presentation, and front-desk execution. Serve as a primary point of contact for member questions, concerns, billing matters, freezes, cancellations, past-due accounts, and basic issue resolution. Ensure studio processes are completed accurately and on time, including reporting, task tracking, closeout activities, and updates to internal tools and trackers. Partner with ownership and regional leadership to maintain compliance with brand standards and support strong studio performance. Marketing and community outreach Lead grassroots marketing efforts that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support membership growth. Coordinate local partnerships, community events, promotional calendars, and outreach campaigns to drive traffic before and after launch. Support execution of email, text, and social campaigns in coordination with company initiatives and local studio goals. Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or another membership-based business. 1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience preferred. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing a lead pipeline. Strong ability to coach others, hold standards, and drive accountability. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Comfortable working in CRM systems, sales trackers, and standard business software. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Available to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays based on studio needs. Success profile This person will be most successful if they: Lead from the front in sales and service. Use data and daily discipline to manage performance. Build a strong team culture before and after opening. Balance revenue growth with an elevated member experience. Compensation and benefits Base salary of $45,000-$55,000.
