This pivotal role involves using innovative sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and expanding our business footprint through proactive outreach. As a Sales Director, you will champion a customer-centric approach, harnessing your expertise in B2B sales, technology solutions, and management to propel the census growth. Your enthusiasm and vision will foster a culture of high achievement, ensuring sustained success in competitive landscapes. Salary listed includes base salary plus bonuses. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue growth. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts Oversee business development initiatives, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management using the CRM tool, Go High Level.
