Business Development Manager

Position Overview Tree West is seeking a high-performing Business Developer to drive growth within our Commercial Landscape Maintenance division. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with property managers and decision-makers, and closing recurring maintenance contracts across HOAs, retail centers, and multi-family properties. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Develop relationships with HOA managers, property management companies, and commercial property owners
• Attend seminars, marketing events, and trade shows
• Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
• Conduct site walks and assist in proposal development
• Present proposals and close contracts
• Maintain follow-up with prospects and clients
• Track sales activity using CRM tools
• Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding Qualifications
• 3+ years in business development or sales
• Landscape, construction, or property management experience preferred
• Proven ability to close new business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and accountable

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
