Property locations you will assist:
Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Waterfront 340 guest rooms. 14,000 square feet of event space. Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Oyster Point 316 guest rooms. 12,000 square feet of event space.Key Details:
Maintains a consistent onsite presence and is available to travel for business functions, trade shows, and client engagements. Manages and develops a designated market segment, driving revenue growth and market share. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills by aligning client expectations with business goals and profitability. Exhibits mastery in prospecting, including identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. Builds and maintains client relationships, including entertaining clients to strengthen partnerships. Conducts site visits, showcases property features, and addresses client questions with accuracy. Determines pricing strategies, prepares customized proposals, and aligns offerings with client needs. Negotiates contracts and manages accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Analyzes lost business to identify trends and improve future sales performance.Shift Pattern:
Onsite AM/PM- (NON-REMOTE role)
Salary Range:
110,000.00- 130,000.
