This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales leader to play a key role in shaping the future of a growing organization with both entrepreneurial flexibility and global support. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and develop long-term business expansion initiatives. This role will oversee both Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams while also leading digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can optimize existing operations while identifying and building new business opportunities. The position works closely with executive leadership and offers significant visibility and influence within the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales growth strategies Lead, mentor, and manage Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams Expand existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities Identify new markets, channels, and strategic partnerships Drive digital marketing initiatives, including web marketing and e-commerce strategies Improve sales operations, KPIs, CRM utilization, and reporting processes Develop pricing strategies to improve profitability and competitiveness Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and organizational growth Support new business development initiatives, partnerships, and market expansion projects Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: Metals Manufacturing Industrial products Materials distribution Proven experience leading and growing a sales organization Experience developing and executing business growth strategies Knowledge of digital marketing and/or e-commerce initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred Business-level Japanese language skills Experience in business development or launching new initiatives Management experience in small to mid-sized business environments Ideal Candidate Strategic thinker with strong execution and leadership skills Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving business environment Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with executive leadership Results-oriented leader who can balance operational excellence with future growth initiatives Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience Performance-based incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity for career growth within an international organization Why Join Us?
