Full Job Description Franchise Sales Manager About Us:

Key Responsibilities Identify prospective franchisees and conduct franchise sales activities Develop new franchise opportunities through networking, industry events, and digital channels Explain the franchise business model, conduct consultations, and manage the contract process Manage the sales pipeline and report sales performance on a regular basis Develop sales strategies and execute activities to achieve sales targets Maintain relationships with existing franchisees and provide operational support Ensure compliance with franchise-related regulations and company policies Participate in brand promotion initiatives, franchise expos, and related events Plan promotional activities and analyze results Provide overall sales operations support, including project and schedule management Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in franchise sales, business development, or related industries preferred Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferred; minimum 3 years of franchise sales experience preferred Self-motivated, responsible, and strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency in CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business software Valid driver's license required
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
