Sales Business Development/Project Management for Sports Facilities 14135 Artesia Boulevard, Cerritos, CA 90703 From $55,000 a year - Full-time From $55,000 a year - Full-time Overview Sports Venue Padding is a leading manufacturer of sports protective padding. We are seeking a dynamic highly motivated Business Development Professional to call on sports stadiums/arenas, colleges and universities nationwide. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate large-scale sports facility projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. As an integral part of our organization, you will leverage your expertise in account development, construction management, project coordination including client relations to deliver exceptional results. Your proactive approach and passion for sports infrastructure will drive success and foster lasting partnerships within the industry.
Compensation:
Base Salary:
$55,000.00 plus competitive commission and bonus plan Responsibilities Develop relationships with targeted clients Manage all aspects of sports facility projects, including planning, scheduling and execution to meet client specifications and deadlines. Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and clear communication throughout all phases. Previous experience with Salesforce CRM, construction management software to develop detailed project estimates, and resource allocations would be very helpful Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate project implementation. Effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience Proven experience in sales development, construction management or project coordination in related infrastructure projects. Background in construction project with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics preferred. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM in client development Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills.
