Regional Operations Manager Crane Cartage LLC Chino, CA Job Details $80,000 - $110,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Wellness program Health insurance Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Referral program Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Essential Job Functions Oversee all regional operations, including truckload, drayage, and local pickup & delivery (P&D) Own full regional P&L, including revenue, cost control, and margin performance Drive operational execution to meet or exceed service KPIs (on-time performance, utilization, safety, etc.) Partner with Sales to support growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and customer onboarding Develop and execute regional capacity plans, including company drivers, owner-operators, and vendor partners Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management across all stations within the region Maintain strong customer relationships and support issue resolution and escalations as needed Implement and enforce standard operating procedures, compliance, and safety standards Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize network performance Provide regular performance reporting and lead monthly reviews on financial and operational results Other Skills and Qualifications 7+ years of transportation/logistics operations experience, with multi-site leadership preferred. Strong understanding of truckload, drayage, and local P&D operations. Proven experience managing P&L and driving margin improvement. Ability to lead teams across multiple locations and develop operational leaders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Operations. Proficiency in TMS systems and operational reporting tools. Leadership Expectations Operates with ownership mindset over regional performance. Drives accountability and execution across all stations. Focuses on results, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Builds strong internal and external relationships. Leads with a sense of urgency and high standards. Physical Requirements Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus Work performed in warehouse/manufacturing environment Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location Education & Experience High school diploma or GED Required Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum four years related experience required Minimum three years industry experience required Certification & Licenses Professional certification may be required in some areas California required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between
USD 80,000 - 110,000
annually.
