https://www.fenchem.com. Job Summary The Account Manager supports B2B sales growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering value-driven solutions. This role plays a key part in Fenchem's expansion into Mexico and Central America markets , working closely with Spanish-speaking clients. This position is responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting long-term customer growth. No prior experience in the specialty ingredients industry is required—training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is proactive, motivated, and comfortable working in a customer-facing sales role.Travel:
Local and regional travel for client visits, with occasional travel to Mexico and Central America as business needs evolve (typically ~25%, with potential to increase). Responsibilities Develop and expand new business opportunities across Mexico and Central America through prospecting and outreach Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships through regular communication and client visits Generate and qualify leads through research, referrals, and proactive outreach Understand customer needs and present tailored product solutions Participate in customer meetings, conferences, and trade shows Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to support business growth Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for account expansion Maintain accurate records in CRM and support pipeline management Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Logistics, R&D, QA/QC) to support customer needs Manage contracts and ensure proper execution Achieve sales targets and support long-term customer retention Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English required (ability to communicate with clients in Mexico and Central America) Experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development Experience in specialty ingredients or related industries (food, beverage, chemicals, materials) is a plus Experience working with Latin American markets is a plus Candidates with strong sales experience from related industries are welcome. base salary plus uncapped commission that directly rewards performanceBase Pay :
$33 ~ $38/hour (approximately $70,000 ~ $80,000 annually) based on experiencePerformance Review :
