Duties Lead outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within designated territories, including B2B (business-to-business) partnerships and corporate accounts Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and upsell additional services or amenities Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and increase brand awareness in the local market Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the hotel's features and benefits Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making Engage in cold calling and direct sales outreach to generate new leads and expand the hotel's customer base Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure bookings while maximizing revenue potential Coordinate territory management activities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm Collaborate with management on sales targets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives Experience Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a hospitality or related industry preferred Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and territory management strategies Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, networking, or digital marketing channels Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining positive client relationships Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly Experience conducting product demos or presentations that engage prospective clients effectively Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Hotel Sales Manager where your energy fuels growth!
