Position Summary HT Window Fashions Corp. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and support continued business growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Sales will oversee both the internal sales team and the external network of independent sales representatives, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with executive leadership on product development and market expansion initiatives. This position is based on-site at our City of Industry, California office. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop the internal sales team and external independent sales representatives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts.
- Partner with executive leadership on new product development and expansion into new markets.
- Provide timely sales performance updates and progress reports to the Chief Executive Officer, who is based in Asia, including coordination across time zones.
- Establish sales goals, monitor team performance, and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Analyze sales trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to support strategic business decisions.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed, including attendance at industry trade shows and customer meetings. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of five years of sales management or related sales leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
