Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for a direct hire opportunity in La Puente, CA. This executive-level sales leadership role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on sales professional with experience leading internal sales teams, managing independent sales representatives, and developing key customer relationships within manufacturing, wholesale, reselling, retail channel, or related industries. The Sales Director will play a highly visible role in driving revenue growth, strengthening major account relationships, and supporting expansion into new products and markets. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, influence commercial strategy, and help guide a collaborative sales organization toward continued success. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the internal sales team and external independent sales representatives.
- Maintain, strengthen, and expand relationships with key customer accounts and strategic retail or wholesale partners.
- Partner with executive leadership on new product development, market expansion, and long-term sales strategy.
- Establish sales goals, monitor team performance, analyze sales trends, and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Provide timely sales updates, performance reports, and progress communication to the Chief Executive Officer, including coordination across international time zones.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed for customer meetings, industry trade shows, and business development activities. Compensation and Benefits
