Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the best mobile devices, plans, and accessories tailored to their needs Educate customers on product features, plan options, and promotional offers to enhance their experience Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean shopping environment Troubleshoot basic device issues and provide guidance on device setup and usage Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with merchandise deliveries Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service during busy periods Requirements Passion for technology and a strong interest in mobile devices and services Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required — we provide training!
