Telemarketing/Confirmation Manager

Future Energy Saver is looking for an experienced Telemarketing Manager / Confirmation Manager / Dispatcher to Hire, Train, Motivate and Retain telemarketers and canvassers to produce Quality Leads for our sales staff. Duties include but not limited to: Interviewing potential employees for our marketing department. Must be able to train and motivate and retain our marketing staff to hit specific quotas. You are also responsible for qualifying and dispatching leads to our sales reps in the field. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excel, Word, Power Point Previous Telemarketing Management or Dispatching Experience is a plus but not required.
