Hanlees Fairfield Toyota is looking for a high-performing, bilingual Sales Manager who knows how to drive volume, hold gross, and develop a winning team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output dealership environment. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Lead, coach, and hold accountability for the sales team's daily performance Desk deals, structure transactions, and maximize front/back-end gross Drive showroom traffic conversion and maintain strong closing ratios Train team on CRM discipline, follow-up strategy, and objection handling Manage inventory mix and pricing strategy to support volume and profitability Step in on customer interactions to close deals and resolve issues immediately

REQUIREMENTS

) Automotive Sales Management experience required Proven ability to desk deals, appraise trades, and close at a high level Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop and retain talent Deep understanding of CRM processes and lead management Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record

PREFERRED

Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly encouraged to apply) 5+ years automotive experience Sales license and college background a plus
