Job Description

Role Overview The Business Development role is responsible for end-to-end merchant acquisition and readiness, from initial sourcing and qualification to contract signing and handoff to internal execution teams.

This role requires strong business judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to translate merchant needs into realistic, executable plans that align with NBG's internal capabilities and service model.

Candidates should also have a basic understanding of P&L dynamics and commercial economics, with the ability to evaluate whether merchant goals, pricing structures, promotional plans, and growth expectations are financially realistic and sustainable.

This is an execution-heavy, high-ownership role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning projects independently, communicating with external clients, and coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams.
