Job Description

We are seeking for a passionate, self-driven leader, with at least 5 years experience in the Insurance Industry. ( Preferably with Farmers, Allstate, or State Farm ) As the Sales Manager, you will help grow the Agency by directing, organizing, and delivering efficient development programs in new business sales, hiring and managing sales producers.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the Agency in the day to day Sales operations Facilitating daily and weekly sales builder sessions with staff/team to advance sales, underwriting, and product knowledge. Monitoring, and promoting daily, monthly and quarterly sales production and encourage healthy competitions that build camaraderie among team members. Meet monthly / quarterly new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, and marketing. Manage and process agency operations with the goal of delivering excellent customer service to every client and households Conduct consultative sales presentation to new and existing clients Analyze, clarify and resolve intermediate policy and account related questions from internal and external clients.
Requirements:
Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance license is required Must be knowledgeable in life insurance and both personal, commercial lines of business Have the drive to be successful and improve skills / Goal Oriented Strong work ethic and leadership skills. Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Coachable and open to feedback both positive and constructive Problem-Solving Capabilities Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Benefits:
$250 per month stipend for health insurance Base Salary Plus New Business commissions from personal production up to 10% of premium sold, and team production bonuses up to 3% of all sales. quarterly and Yearly Performance Bonus Opportunities for accomplishing personal and also for team goals. ($6000 to 15,000) per year. 1.2 Days off per year for accomplishing team / agency goals monthly goals 3 days for Sick Time Off 3 Days Paid Time Off for any personal reason 8
Paid Holidays Off Paid Vacation Days:
1 Week (after 1 year of service ) during the 2nd year 3rd and beyond - 2 weeks •PTO / Vacation Days applies after 90
