California , King City Job Description An established California-based plant nutrition company that focusses on innovative, sustainable solutions is looking for an Experienced Remote Sales Agronomist/Sales Manager in your area. The company provides high-quality fertilizers including Plant Extracts, Complex Nutrients, Chelated Micronutrients, NKP's, and other specialty products designed for both organic and conventional agricultural practices. A full understanding of these types of products is required for consideration. This position is based out of Fresno, CA but will cover territories in and around California's Central Coast. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for agronomy operations across the region ensuring alignment with company standards and regional objectives Facilitate and build positive long-term relationships with customers to create and promote repeat business Develop and implement agronomic programs, crop plans, and best management practices tailored to local market needs Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction Analyze regional performance metrics (yield outcomes, margins, efficiencies) and drive continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in sustainable and/or organic growing practices Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel as needed between territory locations and the HQ office in Fresno Experience in agronomic wholesale a plus Having a Certified Crop Advisors certificate Must currently reside in the region and have a valid U.S. driver's license What We Offer Competitive salary, bonuses and incentive programs Company vehicle and gas card Benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Please submit a resume for consideration.
