This is an outside B2B sales position responsible for managing an assigned territory, developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, installing showroom displays, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities Manage and grow an assigned sales territory throughout Southern California Develop new dealer, retailer, contractor, and builder accounts Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits Present new products, promotions, and sales programs Install and maintain showroom displays and merchandising racks Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer inquiries Monitor market trends and competitor activities Achieve monthly and annual sales goals Represent AJ Trading professionally in the marketplace QualificationsRequired Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and self-motivation Professional appearance and attitude Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills Fluent English communication skills Preferred Outside B2B sales experience Flooring, building materials, construction, or distribution industry experience Existing relationships within the flooring or construction industry Bilingual Korean-English or Spanish-English is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commission Program Company Vehicle Provided Company-Paid Fuel Health Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Ongoing Career Growth Opportunities Expected Earnings $70,000 - $150,000+ per year Top performers have unlimited earning potential through our commission program.
