Sales Manager

Sales Manager wanted to join, Global Processing Systems, Inc., the global leader in payment processing solutions.
FULL TIME 75K
  • 110K/YR
BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Life Insurance Description:
  • Solely responsible for all recruiting, hiring and training of
ISO/1099
agent positions
  • "Hands on" management/supervision of all Sales Agents.
  • Assisting VP. Operations main focus on sales
  • Developing/Implementing a sales force who shall support all Processors, Risk Management personnel and/or Underwriters, so as to efficiently process the abundance of merchant account applications processed by Global Processing Systems Inc..
  • Delegate responsibilities to the appropriate departments, accordingly, to most meet revenue and/or profit forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS
§ Five (5) plus years experience in recruiting Iso's and Sales Agents (Knowledge of FDR
  • Omaha & Nashville platforms
  • Tsys
  • Global Payments
  • Fiserv. § Previous experience as a "hands on" supervision/management § Sales experience dealing with both small and high volume merchants. § Articulate, with strong organizational skills (bi-lingual a plus) § Minimum of five (5) years experience in strategizing compensation plans, lead generation as well as the development, operation and management of an inside/outside sales force. $75
  • 110K is negotiable and shall be based on various aspects of industry history and experience.
