We are unique in our industry: every one of our luxury candles is designed and produced entirely in-house with zero outsourcing. As we expand our footprint in the world's premier wine region, we are seeking a sophisticated, high-energy Territory Growth Manager to oversee our established Lodi partnerships, as well as on board new ones. The Role The candidate must reside in or near Lodi, CA. This is a high-autonomy, field-based position (75% travel within Lodi) focused primarily on our winery partners. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for both nurturing established relationships and strategically opening new luxury retail accounts. We value results over micromanagement. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and the independence to treat the territory as your own business.
Key Responsibilities Winery Partnership Management:
Visit current winery clients to manage inventory levels, ensure brand standards, and provide product education to tasting room staff.
Strategic Growth:
Proactively identify and secure new luxury wholesale partnerships within the Lodi region.
Merchandising:
Professional setup and maintenance of branded displays to ensure our products are showcased at a luxury standard.
Account Retention:
Act as the primary point of contact for re-orders and relationship health, ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.
Logistics & Physical Requirements The Road:
This role requires a reliable personal vehicle for travel throughout Lodi.
Physicality:
You must be able to lift and maneuver candle cases and display materials weighing up to 40 lbs. While wholesale candle cases are delivered directly to the wineries and businesses, you will be responsible for on-site inventory counts and display set-ups.
Who You Are Experience:
5+ years in sales or account management. Experience within the Lodi wine industry or luxury hospitality is a huge plus.
Professionalism:
You possess the polish and communication skills necessary to represent a premium brand to high-end winery stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential:
Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure on both new account acquisitions and the maintenance of current clients.
